About the Book

Achieving personal empowerment through letting go of the past, mindful awareness of each moment, collapsing of detrimental habits, and forgiveness of self and others will guide you firmly towards contentment in your life. This book provides techniques to develop and implement behavioral changes and healthy habits to obtain this goal.

Rather than dwelling on the past, I seek to empower readers to act and think based on what is happening in the here and now rather than memories of trauma from the past. My intention is to work towards healing the past trauma by taking back control of our cognitive process in regards to what is happening in the present moment rather than allowing memories of past experiences to affect new experiences.

My objective is to provide this information in a comprehensive and easy to understand format to make it accessible to those unfamiliar with mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy. The tools and techniques I provide are based on established therapeutic modalities based on neuroscience and the scientific method.
